Rated 5 out of 5 by foss from Delicious drink I wanted a hot drink other than tea, and this hits the mark. It's very tasty, as long as you make it strong, and enhances any biscuit dunked in it!

Rated 4 out of 5 by magichappensxx from SURPRISED this tastes like Coffee After reading many reviews on coffee substitutes I came across this substitute on this site and read all of your reviews. I decided to give it a go. I missed something I could have with milk in and even though I am used to great coffee with cream, I don't drink instant, this was a substitute that worked. I followed the instructions of someone else here and added 1 heaped teaspoon and a half to a mug, added sugar, hot water and milk. And while yes it's more like an instant coffee it does the job with my need for comfort first thing. I was going to try the other brands, but think I may stick with this.

Rated 5 out of 5 by MrBear from A really satisfactory coffee alternative This is about the only total alternative to coffee that I have found that provides an enjoyable and tastful alternative for one having to forgo a big coffee habit. Totally recommendable!

Rated 5 out of 5 by Avidreader from Very good flavour We usually drink Barleycup but as it was out of stock thought we would try Bambu. Bambu has a richer flavour and is more like coffee but is expensive. Good for a treat.

Rated 4 out of 5 by Bridget50 from Smells like coffee ... ... and tastes like coffee (or at lease the cheaper versions of powder instant coffee). Its lovely to have something that replicates the warmth and pleasure I used to get from a cup of coffee and I used to drink loads. Tea is lovely but doesn't hit all the spots. So now I have two choices.
