Rated 4 out of 5 by Zanbar from Great for cakes I can't eat wheat flour anymore, so had to substitute for millet. I tried it out with a cake, and although having a similar texture to polenta cake, it was still delicious.

Rated 4 out of 5 by Nigel126 from Better avaliability Product is fine and just what I needed. The postage and packing unfortunately made it very expensive, with 2 coeliac daughters I have to make bread for them, could do with a better shop selection, though I understand limited store space.
