Coconut water (96%), Aloe Vera (3.99%), Gallan gum (0.01%)

Cooking instructions: You will need: 350 ml of boiling water. To make a tastier creamier pasta use 200 ml of water with 150ml of milk and 15g or 1tbsp. of butter or vegetable oil. Microwave 750W Cat D: Pour 350ml of boiling water into a large (2.4 litre/41/2 pint) non-metallic microwavable bowl. Empty pack contents into the liquid, stir well and cover loosely with microwavable film piercing several times. Cook on full power for 5 minutes. Stir, taking care as the sauce will be very hot. Re-cover then cook on full power for a further 5 minutes. Leave to stand for 2-5 minutes after cooking. Stir before serving piping hot. On the hob: Boil 350ml of water in a saucepan. Stir in the pack contents. Boil gently for 10 minutes or until the pasta is tender. Stir occasionally.

Rated 5 out of 5 by Enjoyable I use this instead of sugar and honey and syrups very moderately due to health reasons and find it does the job being so natural. 27 January 2016
Rated 5 out of 5 by Delicious The coconut syrup is nice and thick, doesn't taste of coconut though, as it's made using the flowers rather than the fruits. It has a caramel taste, I think. I love it in my porridge, I even used it to replace the sugar when baking pizza/bread. My daughter has it diluted in warm water instead of any other sugary drinks. As all the other Coconut Merchant products, this one is of very good quality and I would recommend it to others. 04 January 2016
