I'm actually thinking that the texture of it would make a great mince substitute for bolognese or chilli so I might try blitzing into small pieces and cooking as a meat substitute. Amazing product - long may it stick around!

Rated 4 out of 5 by PN0494 from Good low carb pasta option Ordered in mind for a healthier lunch alternative. If you aren't used to gluten free pastas then the texture and smell may seem a little funny but I really enjoy the taste. Great nutritionals too!

Rated 5 out of 5 by Food4life from Delicious!! This is by far one of the best "pastas" I've tasted. It is full of flavour before you even add any additional ingredients to make your dish. It cooks beautifully with an al dente finish. But more important than the taste, is the nutrition. It's made purely from beans! Which means it's gluten free and egg free, making it perfect for vegans. It is also full of fibre and protein. 47g per 100. Mind blown! I will definitely be trying the rest of Explore Asia's products.

Rated 5 out of 5 by Maje from Great Pasta Alternative Easy to cook and tasted really good with a simple tomato sauce - actually preferred them to normal Fettuccine as they had some flavour (I find pasta pretty bland). Also, high protein content is useful if you want veg sauce. A bit expensive but as I don't eat pasta dishes very often, I would definitely buy again.
