Directions:
As a meal replacement, mix 1 sachet (55g) of powder with 250-300ml (approx. ½ pint) of cold water. It is important to maintain an adequate daily fluid intake when using this product. Remember: You need to eat at least one balanced and nutritious meal each day. Learning how to prepare balanced meals is an essential skill to long-term weight loss success. For example, you should try to avoid foods that are high in fat, salt and sugar, and eat more fruit, vegetables, oily fish and fibre.

“I bought a couple of these to try as they were on sale. They mix easily but unfortunately taste horrible. I only used one of them. It was much too sweet with very little chocolate taste. It didn't actually make me feel sick but I didn't want the second one.”
