As a meal replacement, mix 1 sachet (55g) of powder with 250-300ml (approx. 1/2 pint) of hot water. It is recommended that you use recently boiled water that has been left to stand for at least 2 minutes. It is important to maintain an adequate daily fluid intake when using this product. Caution: Do not mix this product in a shaker cup. Due to the use of hot water, this product should be stirred with a spoon to avoid the risk of injury.
