Georganics Oil Pulling Mouthwash is a natural and effective blend of oils formulated for those a non-toxic alternative to conventional mouthwash.
Studies have shown that through regular practice of oil pulling, it's proved to reduce formation of Plaque around teeth. Great for all types of teeth, including sensitive, and all ages.
Full ingredients
Cocos nucifera oil, Caprylic / capric triglyceride, Melaleuca alternifolia leaf oil, Citrus limon peel oil, Cinnamomum eylanicum bark oil, Tocopherol, Commiphora myrrha oil
Always read the label before use
Take 1-2 tablespoons of oil and hold it in your mouth. Tilt chin up and swish it around your mouth and tongue. Pull the oil for 10 up to 20 minutes. It should be a thin white foam when spit out.
