Good n Natural Wild Yam Root Capsules contain 405mg of Wild Yam Root per capsule. Wild Yam has been used in China for over two thousand years. More recently, Western herbalism has recognised its beneficial properties and it is now a popular herb used to support women's health.
Directions: Take two (2) capsules daily, preferably with meals. May be taken as a tea by opening capsules into a cup, then adding hot water. If needed take up to three (3) capsules three times daily for one week. Discontinue use for at least one day after a week of increased use.

“Just recently bought this from July 2022 and my first reaction I was quite scared because I don't know if my body will give me hard time or not. Many years since I was teenager there is something wrong with my body, as I got older started going to GPS- doctors regarding what is going on with my body because when I was young like around 14 years old experiencing hairs on my belly like dark hairs, things were occurring like hairs on lip everything include spots on my face etc. I've felt like NHS was not being honest with me and only took couple blood tests only to test few things like breasts milk, I was experiencing shorter period as I got older and I'm only 27 years old. I'm not due to have my menopause even though my grandmother had it because she was an alcoholic but I'm pretty healthy person, came to realisation what was going on because I was on Hana birth control pills and something major was happening inside my body the hairs suddenly became blonde, I'm not low mood, don't feel depressed or anything not even shorter period or even increase spots on my face. My symptoms became worse before the pills, after it wasn't so my understanding was there is something to do with hormone problems, I did my research on Hana birth control pills found something out about Oestrogen and Stimulate which is important roll for the brains and ovaries they are both connected. You got to think like stroppy teenager girls way they are moody, don't want to talk to you, want to become silly or thinking about sex or boys e.g. The Oestrogen chemical runs inside the brain to process puberty and their personalities changes and everything, the stimulate has something to do with ovaries, if Oestrogen and that don't run well together you will end having like symptoms like I did. So I took this Wild Yam Root, this thing has been my life saver, so far it has help me not only decrease my hairs on my lip, feet and around my body. It has also improved my moods problem, I have anxiety and depression issues since I was a child because of neglection in the past by my parent so this has nothing to do with my teenage puberty in the past. This help my period, I can't say for certain, but my period was longer the last time while I was taking it and this help reduce spots on my face. There is one thing I did notice about this Wild Yam, it does help maintain sex drive and I'm not gonna say any more than that.”
