Rated 5 out of 5 by Zobes from Great taste if.... You mix this powder with a banana and skimmed milk, some flax seeds add a slightly nutty banana flavour...blend blend blend and it tastes great. Do not try with powder and milk alone...there are no sweeteners in this protein powder, which is what I was looking for....but the taste is bleugh! Add a banana and it's great!

Low in sugar, low in everything but protein and nutrients, which is what I am always looking for. Great to blend with some Soya light milk and a teaspoon of honey or fruit syrup to sweeten it up. I have it once a day and i have already had comments about how my body does look more in shape and that i now have more muscle. I didnt before as i am a vegetarian. Only thing is, it doesnt seem to give you much of an energy boost. Apart from this, excellent.

When mixed with milk alone, it tastes a lot like cake mix to me, so I like to mix it in with my porridge, or sometimes I blitz it up in a fruit smoothie. It's quite thick - if you don't use a blender it can get quite claggy. This stuff also works really well in pancakes, brownies and other baked treats. Excellent value for money, would have preferred a pouch instead of a big cumbersome tub, but at least it can be re-purposed!

I think it tastes nice (porridge) and mixes well (I have an electric blender). I have seen results in the 4 weeks I've used this. I am buying it again. I have it once per day in morning.
