Rated 2 out of 5 by Wenchie from Disappointing After reading the rest of the reviews here I thought this would be a nice substitute for my usual brand of almond flour as I can no longer get it. Maybe I got a dodgy batch, but this was horribly greasy compared to my usual almond flours and just left any of my baking greasy, flat and soggy. I'll be going back to my usual brand even if I have to import it. Disappointing when this wasn't a cheap purchase :(

Rated 4 out of 5 by Tinkerbell1963 from Almond Cookies It is a very expensive product so I use it very economically when baking/making cookies. As I have been advised to not eat wheat products I had to start thinking about making my own. AS shop brought it so expensive and taste very dry.

Rated 4 out of 5 by kat0123 from healthy baking alternative if you like almonds then this is a great substitute for your normal processed, high in gluten flour. I would suggest that you look up recipes before baking cakes and cookies, as the measurements differ; the flour changes the consistency.

Rated 4 out of 5 by flickeringfairylights from Low Carb Alternative Using this as a low carb alternative to flour in baking. As far as I can tell it is just very finely ground almonds, but it makes a good addition to muffins as a replacement for some of the normal flour.
