Rated 2 out of 5 by Disappointing After reading the rest of the reviews here I thought this would be a nice substitute for my usual brand of almond flour as I can no longer get it. Maybe I got a dodgy batch, but this was horribly greasy compared to my usual almond flours and just left any of my baking greasy, flat and soggy. I'll be going back to my usual brand even if I have to import it. Disappointing when this wasn't a cheap purchase :( 10 January 2017

Rated 5 out of 5 by Love this flour I use almond flour in lots of my baking now, and I love it. It is expensive when compared to other flours, but that's the cost of almonds! I stock up when H&B have a sale on, making it a more affordable item. Lovely in pastries and cakes. 09 July 2016
Rated 5 out of 5 by Perfect for low carb minute muffin. I had been using normal almond flour for a low carb muffin, but the result was heavy and dense. With this 'flurry' the texture is light and moist! And still very low carb. Thank you H&B! 13 May 2016

Rated 4 out of 5 by healthy baking alternative if you like almonds then this is a great substitute for your normal processed, high in gluten flour. I would suggest that you look up recipes before baking cakes and cookies, as the measurements differ; the flour changes the consistency. 29 February 2016
