Adds a good crunch and mix of textures on top of any basic cereal like porridge or Weetabix and good with plain yogurt. However the cranberries and blueberries are sweetned with sugar and I'd rather have dried fruit with no added sugar

Rated 5 out of 5 by DrMunchies from Great for porridge I normally have a breakfast consisting of Oat Bran porridge and these sprinkle mixtures add a touch of healthy flavour to my breakfast. The recipe: 35g Oat Bran (fine ground), 250ml semi-skimmed milk. Boil together in a saucepan, stirring continuously until the mix reaches your preferred consistency (I like it quite thick!). Serve in a bowl, add a heaped tablespoon of " Breakfast Sprinkle", mix in and pour some milk over the top. Bon apetit!
