Take one tablespoon (approx 12g) two or three times a day immediately followed by two glasses of water, fruit juice or milk. After a few weeks liquid may be reduced depending on your own experience.

Rated 5 out of 5 by Organic Golden Linseed has a pleasant, nutty flavour and I sprinkle it on cereals, into yoghurts and smoothies. It's one of the most potent sources of omega 3 fatty acids found in nature. For me linseed improves the quality of my hair, nails and skin. It's more expensive than brown flax seed but they are both quite similar in nutritional composition. I prefer golden one because the light colour blends into other dishes more easily. 13 March 2013
