Rated 5 out of 5 by Hw46 from Easy to use I used the flour to make a pizza base. Mixed half and half with buckwheat flour as it does have a slightly bitter taste. Just added required yeast , olive oil and sugar. Made a perfect, healthy base that tasted delicious.

Rated 5 out of 5 by BevJ from Great alternative to normal flour Delivery excellent, well packaged, etc. I can't compare the product to other brands of quinoa flour, only to "normal" flour - and it's great. It's smells a bit weird (mushroomy - not very nice!), but the flavour is nice and slightly nutty. I've made pancakes with this flour instead of wheat flour and they were great. Slightly firmer than normal pancakes. I think I'll have to adapt my baking techniques slightly. If you're planning to use this flour for the first time on an important dish, I'd recommend you to try it out a couple of times first, just to ensure a perfect result. If you're not worried about perfection, dive right in because it's only subtly different to wheat flour. Love it! Very expensive, compared to wheat flour, but that can't be helped.
