Holland & Barrett Sea Buckthorn Oil Blend Omega 7 Capsules contain oil extracted from sea buckthorn.
Relatively few plant species are good sources of essential fatty acids, but this oil provides polyunsaturated omega 7 fatty acids, as well as omega 3 (alpha linolenic acid), omega 6 (linoleic acid) and omega 9 (oleic acid).

“A little disappointed at this. Originally I purchased this product in a box from your store, this time I sent away to to you for it and it was in a plastic jar. By what it says on the respective labels, the box version has 130 mg of Omega 3, the jar has 62.2, Omega 6 Box 170 mg, jar 104.2, Omega 7 box 240 mg, jar 201.2 Omega 9 box 180 mg, jar 209.4 Plus the box version has 60 mg Omega 7 cis-vaccenic acid, vitamin E and A that the jar does not contain. The answer is to buy the box version next time I think.”
