Rated 4 out of 5 by KITTY1255 Great and tasty product, I love it!! I just discovered spelt grain as an alternative to rice and pasta and I love it. I can also use it as an alternative to corn to prepare one of my traditional dishes - which is a combination of corn and beans. Now I am going to be using Spelt and beans. The downside is, it is not a straight forward dish. It takes a bit of time to prepare. I prefer to soak it overnight and then boil in the morning for one hour. With spelt you have to be patient, it can't be rushed, but I love it. 21 September 2016
