Directions:
Prepare by pouring a cup of boiling water over the teabag and allowing to infuse for up to 5 minutes. Add honey if preferred.

Great morning pick me up
“When quitting coffee I found this to be a great morning pick me up that feels much cleaner than Caffeine. I don’t understand the negative reviews. You will get the odd outlier who will react to a herb differently than the average person but there is no way the properties of the herbs in this tea are conducive to sleep.”

“I'm about half way through this box and honestly it has not given me not one ounce of energy at all. Honestly, you're better off drinking this right before bed because all it's good for is putting you to sleep. Coffee it is I guess.”
