Rated 5 out of 5 by Mimii from Great for gluten sensitivity These are a great option for lunch for anyone who is gluten free, gluten sensitive or needs a low fat diet. Can be used with low fat cheese or just buttered and filled as a sandwich alternative. Highly recommended and cannot understand why my local Holland and Barrett has stopped stocking them.

Rated 5 out of 5 by Saleya23 from Gluten free! I started getting these when I was trying a gluten free diet and wanted something to eat with my lunchtime salad, and even though I now eat gluten I still get these. They come in individual packets within the box so the others don't go stale when opened. They have a satisfying crunch to them. I eat them as they are but you could add butter and a topping if you wished.

Rated 5 out of 5 by Nutritiousjunky from Great taste. Good flavor and texture. Individual packs are a good portion size and keep the corn cakes fresh. Best corn cakes I have tried.

Rated 4 out of 5 by healthydancer from I love the taste and versatility This is healthy snack or lunch handy. They are yammie with coconut virgin oil with matcha on top or avocado, figs etc healthy and handy and tasty They are individually wrapped into 4-5 packs so always fresh and you do not have to eat all one go. ( well I had eaten all one go though)
