Naturtint Reflex Semi-Permanent Hair Colour 5.62 Mahogany is rated out of 5 by 6.
Rated 5 out of 5 by NaturalWoman from Nice and Natural I am allergic to permanent hair colourants due to the peroxide and have tried several different brands of semi-permanent hair colour. They all seem to irritate my scalp to some degree, but at last - Naturtint Reflex does not irritate, actually makes my hair feel soft and I love the plummy red shade of this mahogany tint! I have bought it again and will definitely continue using it. Although more expensive than mass-market brands, I feel it's well worth the money to be able to colour my hair without irritation or damage to my scalp.

Rated 5 out of 5 by Loobyloo1 from Best semi permanent on the market I am alergic to something in permanent hair colours and tried other semi's but this is the best and an excellent price too. It does exactly what it says and last a long time.

Rated 5 out of 5 by rlhxx from A brilliant alternative to chemical dyes I had been dying my hair for years and then the brand I used discontinued the dye. I have extremely sensitive skin and that was the only dye that I could use (others left blisters, were itchy, etc.) so I tried henna which is time consuming, smells horrible and makes your hair go orange - I'm naturally ginger so I don't need any help with that! So I eventually gave up until I found this and I honestly didn't know what to expect after reading the reviews about scalps going purple and whatnot. I'm so glad I tried it as it's great. My hair is an amazing dark red colour - no scalp staining. A few patches on my neck which I'm pretty certain will come off when I wash my hair again. One thing I will say is that in the pack it says 'wash until water runs clear' it will not run clear - just a continuous stream of pink which is normal for red dyes. It is pricey compared to other dyes but it is worth it if you want a natural, chemical-free alternative to coloured hair.

Rated 3 out of 5 by KMay88 from not as bad as I thought After reading other reviews my expectations were low but despite having thick hair the colour has covered well. It did need to be left for the maximum 45 minutes to develop properly but overall I am pleased. Minimal scalp stains (your meant to be rubbing it into your hair not your scalp!) It is only semi-permanent after all. Perhaps a little more expensive but felt so much better than all those other chemical filled products out there. So to summarise, good coverage, minimal staining and a decent product.

Rated 1 out of 5 by Peppy23 from Terrible I made a mistake and brought this instead of the hair dye but like the other user this turned my scalp bright red and took 3 washes to remove from the scalp. It did not cover any grey and I at the moment only have a small amount. Would never use again

Rated 2 out of 5 by Purplehead from Ended up purple! I used this product on my very short post chemo hair. The product was gentle and did not damage my hair however it did not cover all my grey and left my hair and scalp Ribena purple! I did not use all the product as I don't have a lot of hair (prob 1cm length). I'm thankful this was just a rinse as otherwise It would've been even more of a disaster.
