It is getting increasingly difficult to find soya chunks in other well known supermarkets.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Good for fillings We have a great recipe for filled potimarrons and have used the soya mince, thought, for a change, I would try the chunks. Such a difference the texture changed the whole concept - for the better will be having more and be using for lots of other recipes

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Having read the reviews I thought I would try these as I'm trying to reduce my meat intake. I soaked for 20mins in boiling water (then squeezed the water out) and then left to marinade in my curry dish for a few hours. They picked up the flavour well and had a nice chew to them. I had some of the leftover dish the next day and it tasted even better! People have said they have the texture of chicken, but I think more pork/beef?? I'll try cutting up the pieces next time.
