Rated 5 out of 5 by Haecceity from Perfect non dairy alternative My son (and occasionally I) love this as an alternative to dairy cream. He is allergic to dairy and soya so very hard to get him a dessert but this with some fresh fruit is ideal. Also stays fresh up to 5 days in fridge once opened.

Rated 5 out of 5 by Doublebass from Highly recommended. This is wonderful. It's an excellent cream substitute. When the rest of the family have cream, I eat this. I've put it on fruit and used it in spaghetti carbonara and other savoury recipes. It also works well in sweet recipes. I've even used it to make ice cream! I put it in my food processor with frozen berries and a little icing sugar. If you don't shake the carton before opening it you can pour off the watery top part leaving a thick cream suitable for scones with jam and "cream. " This product is very versatile.
