Remove patches from their protective wrapper & apply one to the sole of each foot before bed. If you find the patches come off due to movement, try wearing a pair of socks over the patches. When you wake in the morning, remove the patches & dispose. Wash your feet if needed with soap & water. Use for 3 consecutive nights for optimum benefits and 10 consecutive nights every month as part of a long term programme. For those who have experienced long term difficulty with getting a good night's rest, a longer period of consecutive use (14-21 days) may be necessary initially.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Fantastic Initially I thought this was rubbish and a rip-off! Now, I know it's a great non-invasive natural remedy for sleep, that won't leave you feeling drugged. BUT, it takes longer to feel or see the effect if you have chronic/acute sleep problems - you have to use it continuously for 21 days! After the first cycle, then you can use shorter cycles intermittently (so long as you don't leave it so long your condition becomes acute again; otherwise you have to go back to 21 days) An acute insomniac, now I've figured out how to get the best out of this product, I always have a box of 10 to hand. THE PRICE IS HORRENDOUS!!! Especially as you have to make repeated purchases.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Defintely an improvement! Although it didn't work initially, after using the product for the third time I really started to notice a difference in the quality of my sleep - and an improvement in the time it takes me to fall asleep. Would definitely recommend Sleep Patch-It.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Did not help me sleep I tried this trial product one night only, although it reccomends a few days first time. I've tried several other products like tea, bach flowers etc. Anyway, it increased circulation in my feet and all i can say is that it really felt active and rather than simulate relaxation it had quite the opposite effect.
