Rated 4 out of 5 by Alex18 from Good bar but not as good as PhD Diet Whey ones Bought a couple of bars to try different flavours of PhD. Whilst the addition of caramel was nice in this one, overall I didn't find it to be as satisfying as PhD Diet Whey bars I tried. This one has moe calories, less protein, and is a lot sweeter. I would have it as dessert-snack but definitely not as meal replacement.

Rated 5 out of 5 by mikka from Lunch replacement Trying to avoid eating bread for lunch for weight control. These are better from the fridge - I slice it up whilst working at my desk followed by a piece of fruit - seems to keep me going 'til evening meal.
