Directions:

Blend one scoop (23g) (scoop included in can) of Body Fortress Instant Milk & Egg Protein Powder with one cup (250ml) of skimmed milk. For best results, use an electric blender and once mixed the product should be consumed within 20 minutes. Drink up to 2 servingsdaily. Do not exceed stated dose. Ensure adequate hydration during and after training - Minimum of six to eight glasses of water daily.

Do not take this product if you are pregnant or likely to become pregnant. Pregnant women should not supplement with more than 800 micro;g (2,664 I.U.) preformed Vitamin A daily except on the advice of a doctor or ante-natal clinic. Children; Close tightly and keep out of sight and reach of children. Contains Iron, which can be harmful to children in large doses. In case of accidental overdose, contact your doctor or nearest Hospital Casualty Department immediately. Diabetics/Hypoglycemics; Use only under a doctor's supervision because this product contains chromium which may enhance insulin sensitivity and may affect your blood glucose levels. Not intended for use by persons under the age of 18.Phenylketonurics; Contains Phenylalanine. All supplements containing Vitamin A (preformed Retinol) are best avoided by those who regularly eat liver and products made from liver. Long term intake of amounts greater than 1150µg daily of Vitamin A are best avoided by postmenopausal women and older people who are at increased risk of osteoporosis. Amounts greater than 250mg daily of Phosphorus may cause mild stomach upset in sensitive individuals. Store in a cool, dry place. Do not use if seal under cap is broken or missing.
