Solgar Gentle Iron is ideal for those who find traditional iron supplements cause bloating, constipation and digestive issues. It contains iron bisglycinate, a form of iron which is tolerated well by sensitive stomachs. Take one capsule a day with food.

Iron deficiency is common in teenagers and young adults, during pregnancy, and during menstruation. Solar Gentle Iron uses iron bisglycinate, a well-tolerated form of iron.

“I like the tablets, they are gentle on the stomach and it doesnt have after taste as after the other i was taking. The capsule is easy to swallow and my stomach is also ok with this, compared to other tablets, which I had to throw out. Results, not sure as I just started taking them, you need to wait at least 90 days to see if they are working. But I used Solgar before and was happy with the quality of the tablets.”
