Nice moisturiser. Totally awful dispenser.
“Moisturiser is smooth and pleasant on skin. However, after only 3 days usage, the pump action stopped working. The tube attachment reaches only about 1cm into the lotion. How is that supposed to work? Good product, poor packing!”

Nearly perfect - just the pump that doesn’t work!
“I love this moisturiser (this was my second time purchasing it), but just like the first one, the pump doesn’t work properly! I’ve had to prop it up upside down (as last time I managed to make the pump work for a while by doing this), and it’s not the most convenient. That’s my only gripe, though!”

“I bought this as I’m trying to increase my use of cruelty free products. I have very sensitive and reactive skin, this being for sensitive skin I thought it would be ok. After one use, I broke out in a rash. It does have a nice texture and absorbed well, so maybe if you haven’t got such sensitive skin it will be ok. H&B were great and gave me a refund no problems.”
