Our colleagues undergo a comprehensive training programme through the Holland & Barrett Training Academy. The training programme is set-up to ensure our customers have access to clear, concise and up-to-date information to help them confidently make informed decisions about the products they may want to include in their nutritional supplement regime.
On successful completion of the training programme delivered through our state of the art e-learning platform, colleagues attain a nationally recognised QCF qualification. What this means for you, the customer, is that you can take comfort in the knowledge that the advice you are given, by one of our thousands of qualified colleagues, has been validated with a nationally recognised qualification.
Qualified to advise Holland & Barrett store colleagues are able to advise customers and answer questions on a huge range of Holland & Barrett supplements, knowledgeably helping you to find the products you want.
Qualified to Advise
Our training programme is unique to Holland & Barrett and this qualification is specific to the health industry and products.
Our commitment to training is paramount to ensure we safeguard our industry and support our colleagues in delivering excellent customer care above that of other health retailers.
Our training is divided into two accredited levels:
|Healthy Start & Healthy Essentials||Healthy Expert|
Gateway Qualifications Level 2 Award in Understanding Holland & Barrett Products and Customer Service.
Gateway Qualifications Level 3 Award in Key Body Systems and the application of Holland & Barrett Products.
Each qualification is validated by Gateway, a body accredited by the Government to award vocational qualifications.
More than 5,000 colleagues have already completed the training.
