great tasting bar
I have loved these for a long time. I would say however that you should be aware that these bars in a newer (white background) packaging are different and I cannot eat them as they now contain brazil nuts. I am so disappointed!

These nutty/seed carob bars are full of good stuff and are quite filling, better than a lot of so called healthy bars, which are not when you look at what's in them. They do tend to be on the expensive side though so when they were on offer for 3 for 2 I couldn't resist!

Delicious!
When I opened the packet I didn't feel very hopeful for what I saw within - it looked like a really dense, dull seed bar. But it is absolutely delicious! Very sweet and sticky, and the carob topping tastes just like chocolate. Admittedly it's more expensive than a chocolate …

Very tasty but 286 calories for one bar it's way too much, so even if I love it I don't think I will buy again.
