Directions
Adults, pregnant women and children over 12 years take 1 capsule of Active Iron daily with water or fruit juice. Active Iron is gentle enough to take on an empty stomach. Store below 25oC in a dry place.

Really good iron capsules
I am anemic and the iron tablets that the doctor prescribed makes my stomach hurt but these ones don’t at all.
