Aspall Organic Cyder Vinegar is made in the parish of Aspall in Suffolk using a process that is the only one of its kind in the world. Fermented from the fresh pressed juice of a special blend of whole organically grown English dessert and cyder apples.
The apple juice is fermented into Cyder, which turns the natural sugars to Alcohol. The Cyder is then allowed to ferment and mature for up to two years to ensure the best possible flavour is achieved.
