Wheat Free Soy Sauce (Water, Soya Beans, Salt, Rice, Alcohol) (28%), Water, Sugar, Rice Vinegar, Sake (7%), Ginger (7%), Chives, Cornflour, Acidity Regulator: Acetic Acid.

Directions:

Store in a cool dry place. Refrigerate once opened and consume within 2 days. Simmer the sauce in a pan for 2 minutes until hot.
