How To Use:

Initial use: press the pump 3 times to prime and shake well before every use. Carefully spray once into the mouth, ideally onto the inside of the cheek, hold for a few seconds, then replace the cap. Recommended (3 years+): 1 spray daily = 10 µg (400 IU). Once opened, use within 6 months. Do not exceed the recommended dose.
