Bloom Chill out Rooibos Tea Powder combines organic South African Rooibos with 'chocolaty' tasting carob, lavender and natural cream caramel flavouring for a malty herbal tea powder that's naturally high in fibre, naturally low in sugars and naturally fat-free.
This caffeine-free herbal tea powder can help with relaxation by helping the mind and body to naturally unwind and aids in encouraging a more restful sleep.

Directions:
Whisk 1 gram (approx. 1/2 teaspoon or 4 spatula* scoops) per day in 100 ml hot water (80°C). Pour over ice and add cold water to make a refreshing ice tea. Also, try mixing 1 gram per day in juice, fruit and vegetable smoothies, milky lattes and foods such as; salad, soup, pasta, rice and pulses, cereal, yoghurt, ice cream and desserts. *spatula attached to jar.
