Directions:

Daytime Detox: To be taken every morning upon rising. Pour a cup of near boiling water over one tea bag and allow infusing for 3 minutes before drinking.
Bedtime Cleanse: To be taken every other night before bed (starting day 1). This blend will most likely induce a laxative effect to naturally cleanse and detoxify your body. The effect of the laxative will be induced 8 hours after consumption. Pour a cup of near boiling water over one tea bag and allow to infuse for 3 minutes before drinking.
