Directions:

Shake well before use. Place one full dropper (1mL) under tongue and hold for 1 minute before swallowing. Use once a day. Do not exceed the recommended daily intake. Your daily CBD intake can be supplemented by other products so do not exceed 70mg of CBD per day.
