IF YOU SUFFER FROM ACNER DO NOT!
“So I purchased this thinking this will resolve all my problems aha until I started noticing some breakouts on my face 3 days after taking these. I randomly searched up « supplements that break you out « and I saw that vitamin B6, B7 (biotin) and B12 are supplements that will trigger your acne. I immediately looked at the back of the bottle of this product and all those vitamins were listed! Soo annoying! But I’m glad I saw this after only 3 days. I hope this helps someone as I’m currently dealing with 3 fat cyst on my face right now.”

Stomach problems!
“When I first bought them I used them for about 2 or so weeks, no problem. Then started to feel a bit sick but coincidentally I was ill, so I just thought they upset my stomach because I’m not well. After months of forgetting about it I find them in the cupboard, remembering that they gave me nausea, I decided to try them to see if it still does. What followed was the worst experience I’ve ever had, it was as if I had Delhi belly. First very bad nausea, then vomiting and then diarrhoea none stop. DO NOT BUY.”

Caused stomach issues
“Been taking for a couple of weeks. Does seem to make sleeping easier but I’ve had to stop taking them because they started to cause stomach issues for me. The last two times I took it after dinner/before sleep and I was up all night in pain and throwing up. Might be because I’m quite small and short so the dosage is too high for me or maybe I’m not eating enough beforehand. But definitely be careful if you’re on the small side too.”
