Our meals are made from simple, quality ingredients; steamed-sealed into an individual pouch using high pressure and steam, until they are nicely cooked. This keeps all of the flavours, goodness and love inside for a satisfyingly delicious meal. *Contains 2g Glucomannan in 250g meal. Drink water with this meal. Glucomannan as part of a calorie controlled diet contributes to weight loss. Weigt loss is obtained with a daily intake of 3g Glucomannan in three doses of 1g each, together with 1-2 glasses of water, before meals as part of a calorie-controlled diet.
