Directions:

Shake bottle well before use. Squeeze the dropper to fill .5ml of oil (which is half a daily dose). Drop oil under the tongue, hold for 45-60 seconds until absorbed and then swallow. Repeat these steps to take another .5ml, now you will have your recommended daily dose (1ml in total). A useful measurement guide is included with your product to help you accurately measure how much you are taking. Store this product in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. Store out of reach of young children.
