“I love Form its my go to protein shake but this batch was horrible. According to Form they had trouble with their supplier of Flaxseed, so Holland and Barrett provided me with 2 bags of protein powder that were grainy and nasty.”

“The best quality protein powder I have found. After a run I add it to milk/almond milk, frozen berries and a handful of spinach. If I have a lot of time I add walnuts, almonds, beets, live yogurt. Takes 5 whole 5 minutes! You then have an extremely nutritious meal replacement, and it's not sweet”

“Never been into protein powders. This one I will be buying again for sure. It tastes of nuts/seeds mainly. The flavour of salted caramel and chocolate is only faint. However, i prefer this. 5 stars for me! I added 300ml of water to make it more watery rather than the consistency of a smoothie/milkshake.”

“Bought it tempted by good reviews.First and last time for this one. Other proteins like slender blend has also very sweet taste but not as sickening as this and another star down as it doesnt blend smooth which leaves powdery aftertaste makes it even harder to drink. It might work blended with banana or yogurt in porridge but I dont have time to prepare them this way on the go.”

Good nutrition but too sweet
“I find this drink far too sweet and doesn’t really taste of chocolate. I’m just going to try use it up as it’s not cheep, but the fact that it seems to make me gag might make that impossible. I understand that everybody is different and it will not be the same for everyone. I have a sweet tooth but it’s far too sweet for me which is a miracle.”
