“I spent ages wondering if I should buy these or not. I read all of the reviews online & noticed that most of the negative ones were based on short term use (the recommended time is 3 months+ before you see results). I also saw a small number of people mention acne & weight gain! These gummies don't make you put on weight & you must drink plenty of water with them (not a lot of people know this) for them to be effective & to avoid acne. My hair, nails & brows are popping right now. My eyebrows are thicker, even at the sides where they are usually thin. I have 2 vegan gummies per day & use the shampoo, conditioner & spray. I highly recommend these, such a huge difference to not only my hair but nails & brows. Just remember to drink plenty of water with them & give them time to work (3mths+)”
