What Are the Benefits of This Supplement?

• Holland & Barrett Acne Relief helps to support your skin from the inside out. Instead of applying a product topically on the skin, this supplement contains nourishing ingredients such as burdock root and Blue Flag rhizome extract, to be taken orally.
• Suitable for adults and children over 12 years of age, take one tablet two or three times each day for the symptomatic relief of spots and pimples on the face or other minor skin problems. These tablets can be used alongside your normal skincare routine, for added support for your skin.
• Burdock root is a herb, which has been used in holistic medicine for centuries, to help ease various skin conditions. Blue Flag Iris rhizome extract comes from the root of the blue flag plant and has also been used in traditional medicine.
