“I was getting cold after cold and feeling really run down, i decided i needed something to boost my immune system. Ive tried different vitamins in the past but always get some side effects from them which force me to stop taking them, so after lots of research i decided to try these. They are quite a big capsule, but went down easy with a glass of water. I have not had the awful headache i get with most vitamins. Do i feel a difference, yes i do. Whether its these capsules i dont know, i hope so, but i have not felt this good in a while. I feel less tired, i have more energy. I will continue to take these and I would highly recommend giving them a try if you want to give your immune system a boost. The price is good, the service I received from Holland & Barrett was excellent, as my first order was damaged in transit.”
