“Not sure about these. Firstly the bottle doesn’t say if it’s real or synthetic ALA, secondly the recommended dosage is low at 100mg once a day, most doctors recommend at least 600mg to have an effect on neuropathy. I would say do your homework and shop around .”

Tried, tested and i think it works!
“Was checking some research which suggested lipoic acid and L-Carnitine were of benefit to diabetic neuropathy as well as damage to nerves through trauma....mine was an RTC. After a month , i felt the difference in my feet and legs. Sadly , on holiday , i didnt take them. The stabbing nerve pain came back. I feel it helps. I trust Holland and Barrett produce.”
