Be careful - now contain wheat
“I have been taking H & B calcium carbonate with vitamin D (600mg) for a long time. I bought two big bottles today as I had run out. I opened one of the bottles and removed the seal, and at the last minute I thought I'd better check the ingredients as the bottle had changed. They now contain wheat which they did not before. There is nothing on the bottle to say that there is a new recipe or updated allergy advice. I am now concerned that they have always contained wheat and it just wasn't listed? I can't take these now but as I have removed a seal and the two bottles were part of a promotion I'm guessing I can't get a refund so I have wasted my money. Why add wheat anyway? Most supplements are gluten free and allergy friendly these days.”
