“I tried these out for about 3 weeks. They worked ok and lost a little bit. But for what I lost it wasn’t worth it taking them. Then there would give you odd stomach rumbles . I ended up not using them ever again. It’s far better to eat healthy and use the way it should work what’s better solution.”

I didn't buy them for weight loss
“Hey, as a diabetic anything that can help with using less insulin I'll try, I noticed while using these I didn't need to take as much insulin due to the high fibre content of the tablet. which helps break the sugars and stuff down slower again. if they had the weight loss side effect I think I'd cry with happiness but for now I'll settle for less insulin”
