What Are the Benefits of This Supplement?
- Glucomannan has almost no calories but is very high in fibre. In contact with water, Glucomannan expands and can absorb up to 50 times its weight. Therefore, the recommended dosage of glucomannan is lower compared to other fibre supplements. This weight management supplement is combined with Garcinia Cambogia, a natural food supplement that in the context of a calorie-controlled diet can support weight management.
- The beneficial effect is obtained with a daily intake of 3g of Glucomannan in three doses of 1g each, together with one to two glasses of water, before meals and in the context of an energy-restricted diet.

Made me poorly after first try !!
“Picked these up yesterday. Took my first one this morning as stated with 2 glasses of water. About 45 minutes before breakfast. Two hours later came the explosive diarrhea and being sick!!!. No idea what's in these to cause that. I feel so poorly and have had to cancel my plans today. Going in the bin!!”

Not just a quick fix!
“I’ve been taking these for around 3wks now as it states x2 3 times a day 30 mins before food. It’s all about slow and steady and obviously watching what you’re eating. I find sometimes I’m not really hungry at lunchtime so have something light, then other times I’m not particularly hungry at teatime so have a smaller portion. I’ve always been a snacker at night but since taking these I’ve not felt that hunger.”

“I bought these today because I was so fed up of feeling so constantly hungry on my diet that I would literally try anything at this point! I was skeptical because of the bad reviews but It’s worked for me. I had two capsules half an hour before dinner, with 500ml of water and I feel full and content. I don’t even feel like I need to consider an evening snack like I would normally do by now (2 1/2 hours after dinner). Hopefully this is the start of something great and I can finally shift that weight and fit into those 20 pairs of jeans I’ve been promising myself I’ll fit into for the last 2 years!”

Placebo effect.
“Basically these are a placebo effect. It tells you take the tablets with two glasses of water before every meal. Water fills you up. If you drank the water without the tablets you’d still get the fuller effect. Don’t bother. They done nothing.”

“These tablets are a recipe for disaster for me anyway. They cause you to do bowel movements a lot, after every meal! It's like what would give someone an eating disorder. Very disappointed.”
