“As an aging running (45yr old female) I needed something that’d help with my creaky knees. My left knee was particularly painful and would sometimes hurt so much I’d have to stop towards and end of a run as I was worried it’d ‘go’ and I’d have to hobble home (I averaged around 25-30 running miles per week) I’ve now been taking this for about 3 months and slowly but surely everything has started to feel a bit better. Not perfect but certainly my joins, especially my knees feel much better. So won’t be stopping!”
