1) Tear back the foil from the pot and stir the ingredients with a spoon. 2) Carefully add the boiling water or choice of milk to the fill line (approx. 200ml). For a thick porridge add water just below the fill line. 3) Stir well and replace the foil and leave to stand for 3-4 minutes. 4) Stir well before eating.
