The soya plant has been grown for centuries in Asia for its array of nutritional benefits, and recently the Western world has decided it also wants a slice of the action.
From tofu curries to soy protein powder, soya is a pretty common food ingredient nowadays, but its benefits can also be extracted and taken as a powerful natural supplement, like our Holland & Barrett Soya Isoflavones Capsules.
Our high-quality soya isoflavone capsules contain daidzin, genistin and other isoflavones, as well as vitamin B6, which contributes to the regulation of hormonal activity.
What are soy isoflavones?
Soy isoflavones are a family of naturally-occurring chemicals found in soy beans, chickpeas and other legumes, given the collective name - phytoestrogens.
