Too much effort
“This is my own fault for not reading the guidelines, but these spirulina tablets are just too much effort. You need to take three tablets, three times a day, 30 minutes before you eat. As a normal working/busy person, I never remember and how am I expected to transport my daily tablets around. On top of that, make sure you have them 30 minutes before you eat... I take them on weekends in the morning, but apart from that I forget. So I couldn't comment on if they actual make a difference.”
