Bursting with a fun, fruity flavour,Holland & Barrett Teen Omega 3 Fish Oils with A, D, E & Care made exclusively for teens. They contain a specially formulated combination of essential fatty acids and vitamins to help aid and encourage a healthy heart, brain and vision.
It's important that teenagers are provided with essential vitamins and minerals as their bodies change. Omega-3 contributes to the normal function of the heart, as well as normal vision and brain function. Vitamin A contributes to the maintenance of normal skin, Vitamin D contributes to the maintenance of normal bones and teeth. Vitamin E contributes to the protectiono of cells from oxidative stress. Vitamin C contributes to normal collagen formation for the normal function of bones.

Take two chewy capsules per day. Adults can also follow the same directions. Chew the soft capsule to burst the fruit flavour centre. Do not exceed stated dose.

“My boys have taken both flavours for a few years now. Both the kids and teen versions too fishy for them to stomach so they choose to swollow them whole. Expensive so I always stock up when there is a penny sale. Overall, happily taken by food fussy 15 and 12 year old so happy mum.”

Good, but not so tasty
“My girls usually take vitamins every day without reminder. Unfortunately, this time I have to ask them to take the Omega 3 Fish oil, it’s suppose to be with orange flavour, but has this funny aftertaste of fish. So, we still take them, but have to eat something nice after the vitamin.”
